Our family has proudly owned this property since 2003, and over the years, we’ve poured our hearts and energy into making it a special place. Located only a 10-minute drive from Cabo San Lucas and 20 minutes from San José del Cabo, Cabo Vaca House is nestled in the exclusive gated community of Cabo Bello, overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez. The community is secure, with 24/7 security, providing you with peace of mind during your stay. With abundant outdoor living spaces to complement the interior, there’s no shortage of spots to unwind and take in the views. Plus, world-class restaurants, Costco, Fresko, and Walmart are all just a short drive away.
Cabo Vaca House is situated at the end of the community, only a 5-minute walk from Cabo Bello Beach. This tranquil cove offers calm waters, smooth sand, and no beach vendors – just the perfect place to relax. Grab your snorkel gear, an umbrella, and a cooler, and you’re set for a perfect beach day.
The house boasts 2,500 square feet of air-conditioned living space spread across four levels, each offering stunning views of Cabo San Lucas Bay and the Sea of Cortez. The property is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and a selection of movies and games, ensuring you’ll always have entertainment at hand.
Outdoor Living:
The first level is dedicated to outdoor relaxation. A large heated pool for adults and a shallow heated pool for children cascade into the lower pool, complete with soothing waterfall sounds. The space also features a shaded palapa with a dining area, loungers by the pool, a stainless steel BBQ, mini fridge, half-bath, outdoor shower, and a grassy area perfect for pets.
Main Floor:
The main floor welcomes you with an open, airy layout. The fully stocked kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room, which seats 6-8 guests, and the cozy living room, which includes a fold-out bed. French doors lead out to a lush tropical courtyard. The large covered patio, accessible from the living and dining areas, is an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee from the French press or drip coffee maker. This level also features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower.
Upper Levels:
The second level includes the spacious master bedroom, featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and stunning views of the famous Arch. A second bedroom, also with a queen-size bed, is down the hall and has its own bathroom. Both rooms open to a beautiful covered patio with sweeping views of Cabo and the Pacific Ocean. This level also has a second large covered patio with a sectional couch and dining area for 8, where the views of both the Pacific Ocean and Sea of Cortez are absolutely breathtaking.
Rooftop Terrace:
The fourth level boasts an expansive rooftop terrace and bar area with panoramic 360-degree views of the entire cape region – the perfect spot for watching Baja’s famous sunsets. With ample space for 6-8 people, the rooftop is an ideal location for both large family gatherings and intimate, romantic getaways.
The private beach is a short 5-minute walk down to Cabo Bello, where you’ll find a peaceful, shallow sandy beach perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and simply unwinding.

Washer and dryer, beach chairs, Turkish beach towels, sand toys, snorkel gear, pool floaties, coolers, BBQ, and more.
Baby gear including a Pac’n Play, bouncer chair, highchair, and other essentials.
Entertainment options like Apple TV, a high-powered telescope, JBL Bluetooth speaker, and a flat-screen TV with soundbar.
Extras like books (adult and children’s), board games, playing cards, poker chips, and more.
Guest Access:
Your stay includes keyless entry via a lockbox, with additional guest keys inside. A dedicated parking space is available, with additional parking nearby (please avoid blocking the circular driveway). Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be arranged upon request, up to two hours at no additional charge. Additional time beyond that is available for $50 per hour, up to a maximum of 4 extra hours.
Neighborhood:
The house is located in a peaceful community with full-time residents and occasional vacation homes. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and are strictly enforced. You can reach 24/7 security by phone using either the landline or your cell phone.
Pet Policy:
We love pets and welcome dogs and cats! There is a $100 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed.
